Welcome To Pop and Culture!

It's been waaaay too long since we have posted regularly on this site (you know that whole "having to work real jobs so we can pay our bills" thing is a real pain sometimes) but I received the following email from one of our devoted Pop and Culture readers the other day and it has inspired me to get back to posting more often:

"I wasn't much into watching any new shows cuz I was burned out on the old ones and none of the new ones seemed promising, but because I was already a 'HIMYM' fan and you recommended 'The Big Bang Theory' as a show in the same league, my husband and I started watching the re-runs this summer and we LOVE it... Although 'HIMYM' has been a true winner from the beginning for us, 'The Big Bang Theory' is another show that we can both sit and enjoy... Anyways, bottom line, thanks for tuning us in to a good show that we mutually love!"

And that's why we started doing the show and this website in the first place.

I can't speak for the rest of the guys, but with the new TV season only a few DAYS away, I will definitely be on here more regularly with new show reviews, the standard recaps, and all the latest and greatest news and updates.

P.S. - I have also been doing some TV shows on DVD reviews for our good friend Will Harris and the folks at Bullz-Eye.Com. You can read my "Cheers" season nine reivew here and here is the newest one I've posted, the first season of "Caroline in the City".

What about more local happening on the site? Local bands, events(ecsc was last weekend, peach festival, ect.) This way if I want to do something I know what's going on, where it is, what new movies are out, what you say about them ect. It would be the one stop shop then.
